These are a few photo's from this past year: Sharon and Megan before she left for her mission . We're so proud of her. Cross country skiing at Soldier Hollow with Kim, Susan, Megan and Rebecca. It was a perfect day. Betsy, Rebecca's (Chloe) dog ,which we took care of in Arizona for the winter. We called her the snowbird dog. Grandpa with Lisity and Macy at Schnef farms during the spring.

I am trying to update my blog in hopes that I can keep it going to serve as a journal. I know that most of our children are now on Facebook, Twitter, etc. but, I'm not sure I'm ready for that type of exposure. So....I think I will try to catch up with an overview of our activities for the past few months and allow for a few photos.

We have enjoyed living in Arizona and have become accustomed to the mild winters and really hot summers. It has been fun living close to Les and Kate and their families and have been able to get together for Sunday "after church" visits, basketball games, birthdays and a number of special occasions.

We have also enjoyed the several visits from out of town family members as well. Rebecca's family came down for Thanksgiving along with Sarah's family. My brothers and Sister, and their spouses were here for a short visit, Amy and baby came to see us and Rebecca and kids came again for spring break. Kim and four of the kids came down for a few days and Sarah and the children made a second trip to complete a very active visit with family members. We gave the guest bedroom and extra air mattresses a good workout. Now, if we can somehow arrange for Rich and Mike and their families to come down it would be perfect. We are looking forward to going to Utah the first of August for Drew's wedding and hope to take a break from the hot weather while we are at it. This is a wonderful opportunity for us and one that we are looking forward too.
